Friend Files is the a program for managing information for people who raise support.  This is not for home offices, but for the people out in the field (or individuals in home offices).  The program is completely free.

Friend Files is designed to help you keep in contact with supporters.  The program allows you to:

1. Maintain an up-to-date list of names, address, phone numbers, and other information about supporters
2. Keep track of contributions
3. Keep track of letters you write to supporters
4. Analyze your support: how it has changed over time, how much support comes from which regions, etc.
5. Maintain lists of e-mail addresses
6. Print mailing lists and address labels
7. If you receive monthly financial statements by e-mail from certain agencies, you can do all of this just by pasting the e-mail statements into the program
8. If you aren’t on the field yet, Friend Files helps you to keep track of prayer and financial pledges
Friend Files runs under Microsoft Access.  If you don't have Microsoft Access, then download the Run-Time Version of Access 2007.  This is legal.  With the run-time version, you can run Access files, but you cannot create new programs or databases.

Similar free programs are available which do not require Microsoft Access.  I know of tntMPD and Donor Manager, but their sites contain some sensitive words.  Those programs both look pretty impressive, but they do not support the automatic processing of statements, as far as I know.
